No cook lunch ideas UK
No cooking: a tin of chickpeas, feta and crunchy veg in 10 minutes. Serves 2, about 10 minutes.

Method
Dice the cucumber, halve the tomatoes and slice the onion as thinly as you can.
Put the chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and olives in a large bowl and toss together.
Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice, season with black pepper (the feta and olives are salty) and toss again.
Crumble the feta over the top and serve.
