Cheap lunch ideas UK
A hot lunch from a tin and a potato. Serves 1, about 10 minutes.

Method
Prick the potato all over with a fork so it cannot burst.
Microwave on full power for 8 to 10 minutes, turning it over halfway, until a knife slides in easily. For crisp skin, finish it in a hot oven or air fryer for 10 minutes.
Warm the beans in a small pan, or in the microwave for a minute, until hot.
Split the potato open - careful, the steam is hot - pour the beans over, scatter the cheese on top and put the salad on the side.
