No tiers, no add-ons, no "premium" upsells. The price on this page is the whole price — no hidden fees, ever.
One simple price
£9.99 a month for everything — that's 33p a day. No introductory rate that quietly goes up later, and if the price ever has to change you'll get at least 30 days' email notice first.
7 days free — no card needed · at the end of your week you get your numbers and a payment link, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe · once you have, cancel any time by emailing info@myplateprep.com. And if your first paid month isn't useful — email the word "refund" and we'll refund it. No forms, no phone calls.

Billing, straight answers
Only if you choose to subscribe. The free week needs no card at all — at the end of it we email your week in numbers with a payment link, and your card is only ever charged after you've entered it yourself. Do nothing and nothing happens.
Email info@myplateprep.com and ask us to cancel — a person on the team will cancel your subscription for you. There's no minimum term. No phone calls, no "retention chats", no guilt trips.
UK law gives you a 14-day cooling-off right and we honour it with pro-rata refunds. On top of that: first paid month not useful? Email "refund" and it's yours back.
Not without telling you first. There's no introductory rate here that jumps after a few months. If we ever do need to change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel before it takes effect — you'll never be charged a new price you haven't been told about.
We never see your card number — payments run entirely through Stripe, one of the world's largest payment companies.
If it doesn't make your evenings easier, it costs you nothing.
