Method
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water for the time on the packet, usually 10 to 12 minutes.
Drain it carefully, pouring away from you. Rinse it under the cold tap if you want to eat it cold.
Flake the tuna into a large bowl, add the sweetcorn and the mayonnaise and stir them together.
Tip in the pasta and toss until every piece is coated. Season with black pepper if you want, then divide it between two bowls.
Cover any leftovers, get them into the fridge within 2 hours and eat within 2 days. Keep it cold if you take it to work.
Every figure is an estimate per portion, worked out from UK government food-composition data (CoFID). Your portions and brands will differ, so treat these as a guide. Salt not measured. How our recipes are made.
Contains: gluten (pasta), fish (tuna), egg (mayonnaise).
Check the label on: mayonnaise (often mustard; light versions often contain milk).
Always check the label on anything packaged — recipes and brands vary, and we cannot see your packet.
