Budget family dinners UK
The cupboard dinner that feeds four. Serves 4, about 35 minutes.

Method
Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan, gas 6).
Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less than the packet says, then drain. It finishes cooking in the oven.
Soften the onion in the oil for 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and herbs and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir the pasta, drained tuna and sweetcorn into the sauce and tip it into a baking dish.
Scatter the grated cheddar evenly over the top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the sauce is bubbling at the edges.
