Method
Heat the oil in a deep pan or casserole. Brown the sausages all over for about 6 minutes, then lift them out onto a plate.
Add the onion and carrots to the same pan and cook for 5 minutes until they start to soften.
Stir in the paprika, then the tomatoes and both tins of drained beans. Bring to a bubble.
Put the sausages back in, cover and simmer gently for 25 minutes. Cut one sausage open to check there is no pink in the middle.
