Easy breakfast ideas UK
Porridge you bake: one dish, a banana and a punnet of blueberries. Serves 2, about 30 minutes.

Method
Heat the oven to 190C (170C fan, gas 5). Mash the banana in a small ovenproof dish, about 20cm across.
Add the oats, egg, milk and baking powder and stir until evenly mixed.
Scatter the blueberries over the top and press some of them in gently.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set in the middle and golden on top. Leave for 5 minutes, then spoon into bowls.
