Easy breakfast ideas UK
Three-ingredient pancakes, no flour needed. Serves 2, about 20 minutes.

Method
Blitz the oats, bananas and eggs in a blender, or with a stick blender, until smooth and thick.
Leave the batter to stand for 5 minutes so the oats soak up the liquid - it makes the pancakes easier to flip.
Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil on a medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake and cook for 2 minutes a side, until golden and set all the way through.
Stack the pancakes on two plates and top with the yoghurt and blueberries.
