Easy breakfast ideas UK
Scrambled eggs, peppers and cheese, rolled up in 20 minutes. Serves 4, about 20 minutes.

Method
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and cook the pepper and spring onions for 4 minutes until soft.
Turn the heat down, pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently for 2 to 3 minutes until set, with no runny egg left.
Warm the tortillas, then share the spinach, eggs and cheese down the middle of each one.
Fold in the ends, roll up tightly and cut each burrito in half.
Cook the eggs until there is no runny egg left. Leftovers: cool, get them into the fridge within 2 hours, eat within 2 days and reheat once until steaming hot.
