A lemony 25-minute dinner for two. Serves 2, about 25 minutes.

Method
Bake the salmon on a lined tray at 200C (180C fan, gas 6) for 12 to 15 minutes, until it is opaque all the way through and flakes easily.
Cook the penne in boiling salted water as the packet says, adding the broccoli for the last 4 minutes. Save a mugful of the water, then drain.
Warm the garlic in the oil for 1 minute, then toss in the pasta, broccoli, lemon juice and zest with a splash of the pasta water.
Flake the salmon into big pieces, fold it through gently, and serve topped with the Parmesan.
