Berry Overnight Oats

Five minutes tonight, breakfast done tomorrow. Serves 1, 5 minutes to make, then overnight in the fridge.

You'll need

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 150ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt (about 60g)
  • handful blueberries
  • handful raspberries
  • small sprinkle chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

How to make it

  1. Mix

    Put the oats, milk and yoghurt in a jar or tub and stir well.

  2. Chill

    Put the lid on and leave it in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

  3. Top

    In the morning, top with the berries, almonds and a teaspoon of honey. Eat cold, straight from the jar.
