Air fryer recipes UK
Fakeaway kebabs in a warm pitta, done in 30 minutes. Serves 2, about 30 minutes.

Method
Mix the chicken with the marinade yoghurt, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Leave for 10 minutes, or covered in the fridge for up to a day.
Spread the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 200C for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway, until charred at the edges with no pink in the middle.
Pop the pittas in the air fryer for 1 minute to warm through, then split them open along one side.
Fill each pitta with lettuce, tomato and cucumber, pile in the chicken and spoon over the yoghurt.
