Cheese on toast, done properly, under the grill in 10 minutes. Serves 2, about 10 minutes.

Method
Heat the grill to high and toast the bread on one side only, with the tomatoes on the tray beside it.
Mix the cheese, milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce into a thick paste.
Turn the bread over and spread the cheese mixture thickly over the untoasted side, right to the edges.
Grill for 3 to 4 minutes, tomatoes alongside, until bubbling and golden in patches. Watch it closely, it catches fast. Serve with the blistered tomatoes.
