Method
Warm the rolls in a hot oven for 5 minutes so they're crusty, then cut them in half.
Core and slice the apple and cut the Cheddar into chunks.
Arrange the rolls, cheese, ham, apple and tomatoes on a board or two plates.
Spoon the pickle into a small dish and let everyone build their own as they eat.
