Kids lunch ideas UK
Four little pizzas in 12 minutes, and the kids can top their own. Serves 2, about 12 minutes.

Method
Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan, gas 6) and lay the pittas on a baking tray.
Mix the tomato purée with the water and spread it over the pittas, right to the edges.
Share out the mozzarella and pepper slices, then sprinkle over the herbs.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbling. Leave for 2 minutes before eating: the cheese is very hot.
