Using your coach
No app, no logging, no menus. Send a photo — or a quick list — of what's in your fridge and cupboards, or ask what to do about a meal you don't fancy. Here's what actually comes back.
You've eaten your meals and you still want something. Tell it what you've got in and it'll work around what you've already had today.
Try it with whatever's actually in your fridge or cupboard —
chicken, half a pepper, rice is enough to go on.
Your week isn't fixed. Say what you want changed and you get a new plan with the shopping list already adjusted.
Halfway through cooking, or staring at something in the back of the cupboard. Ask.
Ask it anything about the food it's given you — swaps, timings, what to do with leftovers.
Your coach knows your allergies, what you don't eat and what you've told it you like — so you never have to repeat yourself. It won't put suggestions built to avoid anything you've listed as an allergy, and it will always tell you to check the label yourself, because packets change.
